METHODS OF PAYMENT

OPEN ACCOUNTS - Net 30 payment terms are given to industrial customers, government agencies, and educational institutions in good standing.  Payment in advance is required for other orders.

WARRANTY

KCF Technologies, Inc. products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years after delivery.  KCF will repair or replace products which prove to be defective, in accordance with the warranty policy supplied with delivery.  Please contact us by email, telephone or FAX for questions about exercising a product warranty.  Contact our Support Department for return authorization prior to returning any items for calibration, repair or exchange.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING CHARGES - All orders are shipped EXW (EX WORKS).  Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice, unless otherwise specified.
